Axis Bank raises Senior Floating Rate Notes

Leading private bank, AXIS Bank Ltd has informed in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Bank has passed a resolution approving the allotment of 3 years Senior Floating Rate Notes aggregating to USD 10,000,000 (USD Ten Million only), under the Bank’s MTN Programme through its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch. 

AxisBank is the third largest of the private-sector banks in India offering a comprehensive suite of financial products. The bank has its head office in Mumbai and Registered office in Ahmedabad. Meanwhile, shares of the bank were trading at Rs 485.45 apiece, up 0.62 per cent from the previous close at 09:28 hours on BSE.
