Blue Pearl Texspin Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Company's Un- Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016.
Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Blue Pearl Texspin Limited, the Trading Window shall remain closed from October 11, 2016 to November 15, 2016, (both days inclusive) i.e. from the date of notice given to Stock Exchange for convening the meeting of Board of Directors till Forty Eight hours after the financial results are made public.
