Optimus Finance's board meeting on October 21, 2016

Optimus Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company will meet on October 21, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, unaudited financial results for the Quarter Ended on September 30, 2016. 

 

Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's equity shares, as required under the Code of SEBI Regulation, 2015 will remain closed from October 17, 2016 to October 25, 2016 .
