Balaji Telefilms' board meeting on November 25, 2016
Balaji Telefilms Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider, take on record and approve, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company and Limited Review Report by Statutory Auditors for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
In this connection, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of insider trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed for trading in the Companys equity shares for Directors / Designated Employees from November 18, 2016 to November 27, 2016
