JD Orgochem's board meeting on October 20, 2016

JD Orgochem Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2016 inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter / Half Year ended on September 30, 2016.

 

Further, the Trading Window under the SEBI Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for regulating and reporting trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure, 2015 will be closed from October 10, 2016 and will continue to remain closed till October 22, 2016
