LIC Housing Finance's Q2 results on October 20, 2016
LIC Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2016, to consider Un-audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter ended September 30, 2016 (Q2).Further, with regard to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with provisions of the Company the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders .
The trading window in respect of dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for all the Directors and designated (specified) employees of the Company, from October 01, 2016 to October 22, 2016. The trading window in respect of dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall reopen from October 23, 2016.
