Colgate Palmolive to consider second interim dividend
Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider and declare the second interim dividend for the financial year 2016-17.Further, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from tomorrow i.e. November 17, 2016 till the declaration of aforesaid dividend by the Company and the said Window shall open 48 hours after the same is made public.
