Suzlon Energy Signs agreement for Solar Power Project
Leading energy company, Suzlon Energy Ltd has said that the company has signed Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement with Unisun Energy Private Limited ("Unisun") and Vayudoot Solarfarms Limited ("Vayudoot") for setting-up of solar power project under Vayudoot, presently a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and eventually sale of Vayuddot.
Further the Company informed that, the Company has also signed Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreements with Canadian Solar Energy Holding Singapore I Pte. Ltd. ("Canadian Solar") and Amun Solarfarms Limited and Avighna Solarfarms Limited for setting-up of solar power project under Amun and Avighna respectively, presently wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, and eventually sale of the said Amun and Avighna. Meanwhile, shares of the company were trading at Rs 15.23 apiece, up 2.91 per cent from the previous close
