International Market Morning Update by Ripples Financial Advisory

Last day S&P closed at 2388 after making a high of 2390 and a low of 2380. The U.S. Federal Reserve kept the interest rate unchanged following its two-day policy meeting, and as investors digested another heavy round of earnings reports. The U.S. Central Bank downplayed weak first-quarter economic growth and emphasized the strength of the labor market, in a sign it could tighten the monetary policy as early as June.

The German Index Dax traded in a very short range of 54 points by making a high of 12532 and a low of 12478 and finally closed at 12528.

The Morgan Stanley Emerging Market Index, MSCI is trading at 985.84.
