Shares of Sobha jumped 9 per cent, hitting a 52-week high, on the Bombay stock Exchange after the real estate developer reported a 6 per cent growth in its total income at Rs 601 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017, from Rs 566 crore in the year-ago period. Driven by strong Q4, shares of the company gained as much as 9.00 percent to hit a 52-week high of Rs 449.05 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
