Kanpur Plastipack's board meeting on September 27, 2016

Kanpur Plastipack Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 27, 2016, inter alia, allot the bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. 1 (One) Bonus share for every existing 2 (Two) fully paid up existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
